Business Software Developer

As a Business Software Developer, you will be responsible for delivering large and complex features quickly, while becoming an expert and owner of significant sections of our codebase and being a reliable contact for our clients. Your role will encompass implementation and technical strategy, data analysis, and client relations. You will work across the entire technical stack, including front-end and back-end development, DevOps, and integrating machine learning and data science tools.

Key technologies used include Google Cloud Functions, Apollo GraphQL, ReactJS, Pub/Sub, multitenancy, and PyTorch. You'll have the opportunity to incorporate the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence (AI).

Key responsibilities:

• Build API integrations with various CRMs using REST/GraphQL/gRPC
• Develop UI features for new service offerings
• Deploy and manage machine learning models
• Build observability platforms for LLMs
• Maintain 99% platform uptime
• Manage DevOps pipeline
• Build client relationships and present weekly reports

Requirements:

• 2+ years of engineering experience
• Strong learning aptitude and ability to explain technical concepts
• Team player mentality
• Customer service empathy
• Experience with Apple Products (plus)
