Improvado is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their rapidly scaling Series A startup. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to develop creative solutions for client needs. This fast-paced role requires experience in customer-facing positions and a strong curiosity for technology. You'll be responsible for demonstrating technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training. Key responsibilities include helping to understand customer needs, communicating with prospects and customers, identifying the best configuration options, and influencing the product roadmap based on market requirements. The ideal candidate will have moderate SQL knowledge, 3+ years of experience in a SaaS environment and Technical Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, solid understanding of digital advertising and mar-tech space, and strong communication skills. Experience with ETL processes, data warehouses, and popular cloud storage solutions is a plus.
