BI Developer

ING Hubs Romania is a dynamic technology center that serves as a crucial hub for ING's global operations. As a BI Developer, you'll join a team of over 2000 professionals delivering critical services across software development, data management, and risk operations to 24 ING units worldwide.

The role combines technical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI with business intelligence capabilities. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining reports across various product lines including lending, transaction services, and financial markets, serving both regulatory and non-regulatory purposes.

Working from either Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca, you'll enjoy a flexible and collaborative environment where your impact directly contributes to ING's global operations. The position offers the opportunity to work with large-scale data systems, implement optimization mechanisms, and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings more than 2 years of experience in BI development, strong SQL Server knowledge, and expertise in data warehousing and modeling.
