Description For Full Stack Software Engineer

INSHUR is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team in Brighton, UK. The company embraces a hybrid working model, allowing you to work remotely while connecting with colleagues at the Brighton office at least once a week.

As a full stack engineer, you'll work on reinventing insurance across multiple territories, including the UK, US, Netherlands, and new European countries. You'll be part of a friendly team of 7, reporting to the Principal Engineer, and will work on various projects using languages like Typescript/React, Node, Java, and Golang.

Key responsibilities and requirements:

  • Deliver working code into production environments
  • Create performant frontends that customers love to use
  • Work with event-driven architectures
  • Experience with NoSQL and Eventually Consistent storage mediums
  • Write integration and end-to-end tests in a BDD style
  • Work with containers, ideally within Kubernetes or FAAS
  • Knowledge of Domain Driven Design
