Distinguished Software Engineer

The Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) team at Intuit is seeking a Distinguished Software Engineer to lead the technological evolution of their Enterprise Mid-Market platform. This role is central to connecting customers with expert guidance across QuickBooks, TurboTax, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma products.

The position involves leading a multi-billion-dollar Services business, enhancing Customer Success through AI and human expertise, and providing Sales technology to connect with prospects and customers. The team owns the entire technology stack, from user interfaces and expert management systems to workforce operations, digital expertise and conversation capabilities, data infrastructure, and platform services.

As a Distinguished Engineer, you'll be responsible for defining technical strategy, architecting human-assisted experiences, building high-performing engineering teams, and ensuring platform scalability, reliability, and security. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform, strong AI/ML knowledge, and proven leadership abilities.
