Intuit, a global financial technology platform serving approximately 100 million customers worldwide, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for their Platform and Development Xceleration (PDX) program team in Bangalore. This key role drives execution on technology and process improvement initiatives within Intuit Platform (IP).
The ideal candidate will connect programs within portfolios, partner with leadership to guide delivery, simplify processes, and develop program structures. They will drive roadmap creation, execution plans, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The role requires effective communication, issue identification, and resolution skills.
Qualifications include a degree in engineering or related field, experience in software development project management, and the ability to manage multiple scrum teams across sites. The position demands excellent communication skills, adaptability, and 5+ years of Program Management team leadership experience.

Responsibilities For Senior Technical Program Manager
- Connect the dots across various programs within a portfolio to simplify the 'why/what/how'
- Partner with the Program Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams' delivery
- Identify and/or simplify program level processes enabling the org to operate smoothly
- Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams
- Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross-functional teams
- Identify and clarify critical issues and dependencies, drive them through to closure
- Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels
Requirements For Senior Technical Program Manager
- Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or equivalent experience
- Experience managing software development projects and managing large operational systems in a fast paced, agile environment
- Self-starter able to track complex and/or large volume of details, manage and coordinate with 10-15 scrum teams, across multiple sites
- Ability to communicate with engineers and execs, tailoring as appropriate
- 5+ years of Program Management team leadership experience, including 3 or more years leading multiple complex technology-focused programs
- Knowledge and use of industry standard program/project methods, tools and techniques
