Responsibilities For Staff Product Manager, Tax Tooling and Knowledge Management
- Craft platform product & tools strategy
- Build short- and long-term platform vision and roadmap
- Manage product management process and backlog
- Manage upstream and downstream dependency requests
- Create product requirements documents
- Drive technology and functional maturity of reusable platform components
- Coordinate with program management team
- Design secure and high-scale solutions
- Define success metrics and take data-driven approach
- Experiment with data to influence business outcomes
- Gather user insights and understand pain points
- Represent team in presentations and events
Requirements For Staff Product Manager, Tax Tooling and Knowledge Management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Deep understanding of product management processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track record in platform PM roles
- Technical depth in SaaS software development
