Responsibilities For Backend Developer
- Design, develop, and optimize robust backend microservices using Java and Spring frameworks
- Build highly transactional and scalable systems using modern tools and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape technical solutions that drive product innovation
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture decisions
- Maintain system performance and uptime with container-based deployments on Kubernetes and AWS
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across the development process
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues when required, including occasional on-call duties
Requirements For Backend Developer
- 3+ years of backend development experience, ideally in SaaS environments
- Proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot, with exposure to Spring Cloud and iBATIS preferred
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases such as MySQL and Redis
- Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RocketMQ or RabbitMQ) and caching tools (e.g., ElasticSearch)
- Strong understanding of modern software quality practices, including testing and maintainability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a globally distributed, agile team
