The company, which serves over 4 million consumers with smart shopping solutions including cashback, BNPL, and AI-powered assistance, is expanding internationally with a focus on the US market.

The Business Operations team at Joko serves as the cornerstone of internal innovation, sitting at the intersection of Product, Operations, and Engineering. As a Business Operations Engineer, you'll take ownership of high-impact initiatives from conception to implementation, working across the full stack to deliver scalable solutions.

Your role will encompass both strategic project management and hands-on technical implementation. You'll lead critical initiatives such as launching new markets, scaling operations through AI adoption, and streamlining key processes. The position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, as you'll be responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies and building custom solutions to address them.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering foundation, demonstrated through either top-tier education or significant entrepreneurial achievements. You should be comfortable in technical environments, quick to learn new technologies, and capable of autonomous project management.
