As a Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial and Investment Bank Global Equity Derivatives Sales Technology team, you will lead a technical area and promote impact across teams, technologies, and projects within various departments. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of software, applications, technical processes, and product management to oversee multiple complex projects and initiatives, acting as the primary decision maker for your teams and fostering innovation and solution delivery.

You will be responsible for managing a globally distributed agile team, working with key stakeholders across Sales, Trading, QR, and Operations to ensure the platform meets business requirements. The role involves leading efforts to re-engineer & re-architect the EVO platform for high availability, stability, and scalability, while also driving cloud migration initiatives.
