KION Group/Dematic is seeking an experienced SAP Developer to join their team in Guadalupe, Mexico. This role is crucial for managing configuration changes and enhancements in their new global SAP S/4 System, with a particular focus on designing, building, and operating interfaces between S4 and their Digital Platform.

The role requires strong technical skills in SAP development, experience with REST APIs, and knowledge of S/4HANA implementation.

Responsibilities For SAP Developer
- Design, build and implement backend programs in SAP systems
- Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality within SAP
- Implement and monitor SAP export interfaces to other systems
- Facilitate requirements gathering, designing, implementing, and supporting Digital Platform Services
- Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements
- Analyze and develop functional specifications
- Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders
- Monitor Risks/Issues and prepare mitigation plans
- Ensure best practices are followed and documentation is maintained
Requirements For SAP Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field
- 3+ years of experience in SAP PP, PM, PO, MM or similar SAP modules
- Experience working in S/4HANA implementation projects
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Experience in data migration
- Experience working with global teams
- Strong communication skills (English C1/C2 required)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally
