AI Staff Software Engineer

Klarity (YC S18) is revolutionizing document workflow automation using GenAI. As an AI Staff Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative AI solutions for enterprise customers like Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, DoorDash, and Zoom.

The company has a strong track record, having found Product Market Fit in 2020 and recently raising a $70M Series B. Their GenAI platform has processed over 600,000 documents and implements 15+ unique LLM use-cases in production.

You'll be responsible for:

• Designing and deploying innovative AI/ML solutions for complex business problems
• Transforming AI prototypes into robust, scalable production systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features
• Maintaining high-quality code and best practices
• Monitoring and improving AI model performance
• Staying current with AI/ML advancements
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers

The ideal candidate should have:

• 6-12 years of experience
• Expertise in production-grade Python and scalable systems
• Experience with GenAI features and handling challenges like hallucination
