Responsibilities For Backend Software Engineer
- Analyze problems, diagnose root causes, and create robust backend solutions aligned with business needs
- Write efficient and maintainable code, focusing on system performance, reliability, and security
- Monitor and maintain backend infrastructure, troubleshoot errors, and improve scalability
- Contribute to best practices, mentor team members, and review code to maintain quality standards
- Document backend processes, participate in technical discussions, and advise on project decomposition
- Stay current with backend technologies and support new member onboarding
Requirements For Backend Software Engineer
- Effective communication skills in Spanish
- Strong backend development experience with solid programming fundamentals
- Knowledge of best practices for code structure, readability, and maintainability
- Experience with software design patterns relevant to backend systems
- Strong experience in API design, construction, and integration (RESTful and/or GraphQL)
- Experience in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining software products in production
