Responsibilities For AI/Automation Engineer

  • Build copilot/chatbot experiences in tools such as Moveworks and Glean
  • Develop customized AI models
  • Conduct prompt engineering analysis and troubleshooting
  • Create and update new automations using tools such as Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier
  • Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts
  • Maintain existing workflows and automations
  • Maintain various integrations required for automation to function
  • Monitor and manage application licenses

Requirements For AI/Automation Engineer

Python
  • Strong API experience
  • Proficient in Python
  • Proven ability to technically design and present solutions
  • Ability to support team members in design ideation and creation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Moveworks and Glean (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier (preferred)
  • Experience with AI development (preferred)
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge such as GCP or AWS (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (preferred)
