Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing solutions for cloud computing services
- Delivering high-quality code and products
- Maintaining high-concurrency, highly available server-side applications
- Conducting code and design reviews
- Exploring and analyzing business requirements to improve existing products and systems
- Maintaining and updating documentation
The ideal candidate should have:
- Quick learning ability and a responsible attitude
- Proficiency in English (Level 4 or above)
- 3+ years of backend development experience (outstanding fresh graduates will be considered)
- Proficiency in Golang
- Familiarity with common algorithms, data structures, and databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical disciplines
Additional desirable skills include:
- Background in mathematics, cryptography, or related fields
- Knowledge of blockchain technology/mining pool industry
- Agile development experience
- Experience building highly scalable, distributed systems
- ACM/ICPC competition background (for fresh graduates)
- Familiarity with C/C++/Python
