This role focuses on core product development including Website Builder, Render Engine, and Website Hosting Architecture. Responsibilities For Sr. Software Engineer - LATAM (Remote)
- Design, build, test, and deploy cloud-native platform and microservices/API
- Lead small to medium-sized project initiatives
- Develop new user-facing features and build reusable code libraries
- Partner with architecture and external development teams
- Evaluate emerging technology and tools
- Optimize application for speed and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior Engineers
- Iterate on rendering framework and building common libraries
- Participate in squad ceremonies and team events
Requirements For Sr. Software Engineer - LATAM (Remote)
- 5+ years of experience with web application frameworks (Node.js, React, Redux, Angular, Next)
- Experience with data-driven architecture and systems design, RESTful APIs, microservices
- Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, in-memory and distributed SQL databases
- Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs and external frameworks
- Expert-level understanding of cloud-native architectures
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka or AWS SQS)
- Understanding of SOLID and DI principles
- Experience with SaaS and multi-tenancy application development
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum development
- Experience with CICD and pipeline automation tools
- Strong communication skills
