The position requires a skilled professional with 7+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering, Identity and Access Management, and strong development/scripting capabilities. You'll be instrumental in driving digital transformation efforts in the IAM space, working with enterprise-level security systems and frameworks.
As a Senior IAM Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining identity governance, federation, and custom development solutions. The role involves collaborating with global teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and staying current with the latest IAM technologies and trends.
Key technical requirements include extensive experience with SailPoint or equivalent IGA tools, Active Directory/Azure AD, and deep knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOX, PCI, and HIPAA. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities For Senior IAM Engineer
- Support and integrate IAM solutions across multiple platforms
- Provide expert advice on identity Management to IT, BU, and international teams
- Support integration activities with IGA, Access Management, Privileged Access Services
- Collaborate with global Security, IT, BU, and application teams
- Evaluate IAM technologies and stay current on latest trends
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide support for Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases
Requirements For Senior IAM Engineer
- Degree or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ Years with SailPoint or equivalent IGA tool
- 3+ years leading and implementing User Access reviews with IGA tools
- 5+ years of experience in integrating, developing, or administering security solutions
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, or other directory systems
- Deep experience with Sarbane Oxley, SOC, PCI and HIPPA compliance
- Understanding of control frameworks (NIST, HIPAA-HITECH, SSAE 16, PCI, HITRUST, ISO 27001)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
