Senior Product Engineer

At Medtronic, you'll join a world-class team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers responsible for developing and enhancing the HUGO Robotic Assisted Surgery platform. As a Senior Product Engineer within Released Product Engineering (RPE), you'll leverage your software systems expertise and systems engineering methodologies to ensure consistent clinical quality for the Hugo platform. The role involves developing strategic product roadmaps, software version architecture, and leading critical sustainability efforts while ensuring alignment with complex hardware subsystems.

You'll work in a dynamic environment where in-person collaboration is valued, with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite.
