Description For ENGINEER - SCRIBE DESIGN

Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is seeking a Scribe Design Engineer to join their innovative team. This role is part of the Scribe Design Non-Array (SDNA) team, responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits for memory product development. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with international teams across India, Japan, and the US.

The ideal candidate will be involved in developing groundbreaking silicon-to-systems solutions, from technology development and advanced memory designs to product development. Key responsibilities include physical layout, floor planning, and verification through various tools. The role requires expertise in EDA tools, semiconductor device physics, and fab processes.

Responsibilities For ENGINEER - SCRIBE DESIGN

  • Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory products
  • Work with global teams in India, Japan, and US on physical layout and floor planning
  • Verify integrity of TEG design through LVS, DRC, E-simulation, and in-house verification tools
  • Coordinate activities related to Scribe scheduling, design, improvement and Tape Out
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction with the Scribe Teams service
  • Apply Micron Layout methodology for TEG solutions
  • Monitor Fab Quality performance of Scribe designs
  • Provide technical advice to senior management
  • Lead complex multi-disciplinary projects for SCRIBE Design solutions

Requirements For ENGINEER - SCRIBE DESIGN

Linux
  • BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 5+ years experience or ME/M.Tech with 3+ years experience
  • Proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso Layout and Schematic Editor, Calibre)
  • Strong understanding of micron memory process
  • Good project management skills
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, operation, parametric testing and DFM
  • Familiarity with fab process steps and wafer fabrication processes
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX system and scripting languages Python/Skill
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
