Engineer/Senior Engineer, HIG-HBM Product Engineering (Media Health Reliability)

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced Engineer/Senior Engineer to join their High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering team, specifically focusing on Media Health Reliability. This role represents a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge memory technology at one of the world's leading semiconductor companies.

The position involves leading a high-performing team that drives both intrinsic and extrinsic reliability test development and execution for Micron's latest HBM products. You'll be responsible for critical initiatives including DPM reduction, reliability testing, and manufacturing test flow optimization.
