Responsibilities For Principal Systems Performance Engineer
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable & reliable ML infrastructure and pipelines
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy machine learning models
- Automate and optimize ML workflows
- Monitor and manage ML systems performance
- Implement distributed training and inference solutions
- Build workload memory access traces from AI models
- Study system balance ratios for DRAM to HBM
- Develop automated testing framework
- Customer engagements and conference presentations
Requirements For Principal Systems Performance Engineer
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks
- Experience in data preparation and model training
- Expertise in model evaluation and deployment
- Strong foundation in GPU and CPU processor architecture
- Experience with benchmarking and performance analysis
- Strong software development skills in Python, CUDA, C, C++
- Familiarity with PCIe and NVLINK connectivity
- Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science with 12+ years of experience
