Digital Solution Engineer - AI Business Solutions

Microsoft Business Applications is seeking a Digital Solution Engineer specializing in AI Business Solutions to drive digital transformation for customers. This role is part of the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) organization, focusing on high-growth, AI-powered global sales initiatives.

As an AI Business Process Sales and Service Solution Engineer, you'll lead AI transformation engagements with emphasis on Sales and Service domain expertise. You'll work closely with C-Suite executives, Business Decision Makers (BDMs), and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) to develop and implement technical solutions using Microsoft's suite of products, particularly Dynamics 365 and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include advancing qualified pipeline revenue through solution demonstrations, owning technical win strategies, leading customer engagements, and driving proof-of-concept initiatives. You'll showcase capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Field Service, Customer Insights, AI Agents, and Copilot Studio.
