Microsoft AI is seeking a talented Growth Android Engineer to join their team working on the next wave of capabilities for their personalized AI assistant, Copilot. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy, empathy, and kindness to the team, while being highly effective in building world-class consumer experiences and products in a fast-paced environment.

The Growth engineering team is responsible for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and feature development that drives rapid growth. They collaborate with Product Management, Design, Data Scientists, and AI Research teams to deliver impactful results.

As a Growth Android Engineer, you will:

  • Build consumer-grade applications for Android platforms
  • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and marketing to implement strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and retention
  • Optimize onboarding flows, improve product features, and deliver scalable infrastructure
  • Find innovative solutions to overcome roadblocks and quickly iterate on your work
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven product development cycle
  • Partner with data science teams to analyze user behavior and optimize product features

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, along with 4+ years of technical engineering experience developing mobile applications for Android platforms. Proficiency in Kotlin and Java is essential.

Microsoft offers a competitive salary range of USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year (USD $153,600 - $250,200 in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area), along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
