Backend Developer

Moment Factory, a creative company of 420 minds, is seeking a Backend Developer to join their ERP-TI team in Montréal, Québec. This role is crucial in managing information flows and developing custom solutions aligned with business operations.

As a Backend Developer, you'll be responsible for:

• Integrating web services for internal projects
• Analyzing requirements and recommending technological solutions
• Developing, maintaining, and improving implemented systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proposing and implementing enhancements to established integrations

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing structural requirements and recommending efficient solutions
• Drafting comprehensive specifications
• Testing and implementing software solutions
• Integrating ERP with other systems (Project Management, HR, Finance)
• Conducting user training and providing support
• Documenting business processes and system configurations

Required skills and experience:

• Web Services Development and API experience (Wrike, Talentsoft, Netsuite, Vena, SolarWinds)
• Database knowledge (SQL/PL-SQL), BigQuery (nice to have)
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Java (3+ years)
• Experience with reporting tools (PowerBI or similar)
• Bilingual in French and English (intermediate level)
• Knowledge or interest in AI

Nice to have:

• Experience with Integration platforms (Celigo, Boomi, Workato)
• Proficiency in version control systems (Gitlab, GitHub)
• Knowledge of web security practices
