This role involves becoming an expert on product APIs, establishing strong relationships with partners, and managing end-to-end go-to-market motions for integrations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technical activities and project management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Helping third-party developers integrate with Motive platform APIs
- Providing guidance and technical training to implementation teams
- Cultivating successful partner relationships
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders on integration go-lives
- Sharing development knowledge through various mediums
- Gathering lessons learned and updating integration documentation
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, post-sales, or support engineering roles
- Strong understanding of authentication methods and integration standards
- Experience leading multiple projects in a global organization
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
- BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
