  • Package applications/software utilizing corporate preferred and licensed toolset
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and set expectations
  • Create and maintain documentation conforming to standards
  • Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance checkpoints
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate releases following standard lifecycle
  • Ensure compatibility across the environment
  • Monitor upcoming security releases and version uplifts
  • Adhere to change management standards

Requirements For Analyst, Workplace Engineer - Workplace Desktop Services

  • Admin Studio/Install Shield experience
  • SCCM/MECM/InTune management experience
  • Basic Active Directory knowledge
  • 2-5 years support/administering Windows desktop environments
  • 2+ years experience in enterprise ITIL environment
  • Strong business communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Technology or related field
