As a Senior CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Dynamics Developer at Nearsure, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions tailored to meet the organization's unique needs. Your primary focus will be on leveraging CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central, and similar tools to enhance customer interactions, streamline business processes, and drive sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, BC/ERP) solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional specifications, translating them into technical designs.
- Customize and extend standard functionalities within Dynamics 365 using AL (Application Language).
- Implement and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using various integration tools and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Manage and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Create and maintain user accounts, roles, and security profiles within Dynamics 365.
- Configure forms, views, workflows, and dashboards to support business processes.
- Assist in the integration of Dynamics 365 with other business applications and systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deploy and test customizations and extensions.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Dynamics 365 applications.
- Monitor and manage data quality and integrity within Dynamics 365.
- Stay informed about updates, patches, and new features in Dynamics 365, evaluating their impact and recommending appropriate actions.
