Responsibilities For Analytics Engineer (L5) - Consumer Insights DSE

  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for survey, social and behavioral data
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bring vision to a developing space, identifying root questions and insights
  • Conduct actionable, statistically-sound analyses and research
  • Identify, compute, and validate appropriate data sources and metrics
  • Create highly intuitive, visual dashboards
  • Take ownership of existing dashboards and data tools
  • Collaborate with Researchers, Engineers and Data Scientists
  • Develop data-driven stories through data visualization

Requirements For Analytics Engineer (L5) - Consumer Insights DSE

Python
Scala
  • Highly fluent in SQL for working with big data
  • Proficient with scripting languages such as Python; familiarity with Scala is a plus
  • Experienced in engineering data pipelines and orchestrating workflows
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices
  • Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to thrive with minimal oversight and process
  • Experience working with 3rd party APIs for data ingestion is a plus
  • Experience working with or interest in survey data and/or social data is a plus
