Netflix is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (L4) for their Change Automation team in Los Gatos, CA. This role focuses on building and maintaining a developer platform that powers updates, migrations, and software changes across the engineering organization. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Typescript and React, with experience in complex UI applications using client-side caching, pagination, and GraphQL mutations. Additional skills in Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot, and federated GraphQL gateways are beneficial. Responsibilities For Full Stack Engineer (L4) - Change Automation
- Build and maintain the developer platform for updates, migrations, and software changes
- Reduce friction, cognitive load, toil, and time required to adopt technologies across Netflix engineering
- Simplify and minimize manual interventions for service owners during migrations
- Make it easier to adopt new technologies through automated code change, validation, and deployment
- Collaborate with multiple teams on creating solutions with diverse requirements
- Establish and iterate on best practices for engineering excellence
Requirements For Full Stack Engineer (L4) - Change Automation
- Strong software skills in Typescript
- Experience with operating complex React applications
- Proficiency in UI applications leveraging client-side caching, pagination and GraphQL mutations
