UI Engineer (L4/5), Enablement Applications

Netflix, the world's leading entertainment service with 300M+ memberships across 190+ countries, is seeking a Senior UI Engineer for their Client and Partner Technologies (CPT) organization. This role, based in Warsaw, focuses on the Enablement Apps team within CPT, working to revamp web applications that enable partner products lifecycle, particularly for SmartTV+ and operator partners.

The position requires a strong UI engineer with solid backend understanding to help modernize their suite of B2B solutions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with innovation-related ambiguity, capable of delivering scalable technical solutions, and skilled at strategic thinking. You'll work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with product managers and designers to shape product decisions and improve user experiences.

Key responsibilities include driving technical solutions, maintaining applications, and participating in on-call rotations.
