Web UI Engineer (L4), Identity & Security Experiences

Netflix, the world's leading entertainment service with over 300 million subscribers across 190+ countries, is seeking a Web UI Engineer (L4) to join their Identity & Security Experiences team. This role sits within the Growth Product Experiences organization, where engineers create compelling user experiences that blend streaming service functionality with cutting-edge engineering challenges.

The position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact how millions of users interact with Netflix daily, focusing on building stable, reusable capabilities that enhance Netflix operations across streaming apps, Games, Ads, Live, Support, and Netflix House. The role specifically involves developing account creation, login, and security experiences, including Multi-factor authentication and fraud prevention measures.

As a Web UI Engineer, you'll work with server-driven UI technologies to create modular experiences that minimize client-side logic while maximizing flexibility and experimentation speed. The role requires exceptional proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React, along with a strong understanding of security best practices and server-side development.

The position is hybrid, based in Los Gatos, California, requiring three days per week at Netflix's headquarters. The company offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $720,000, with the flexibility to choose between salary and stock options.
