Description For SSE-Fullstack Developer

Ninja Van is a late-stage logtech startup that is disrupting the express logistics industry in Southeast Asia with innovation and cutting-edge technology. Launched in 2014 in Singapore, we have grown rapidly to become one of the largest and fastest-growing express logistics companies in the region. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, India.

As an SSE-Fullstack Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software powering Ninja Van's complex logistics operations
  • Own the architecture and implementation of major initiatives, modules, and entire products
  • Work in cross-functional teams with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers
  • Implement APIs and integrate third-party services
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team collaboration sessions

We're looking for candidates with:

  • 5+ years of industry experience (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript)
  • Strong experience in back-end technologies (Java/Golang, preferably Golang)
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL/PostgreSQL) and version control systems
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of cloud services (a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
