Responsibilities For Staff/Senior Manufacturing Engineer

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for prototype to production transition
  • Design, document, and qualify manufacturing tooling and fixtures
  • Author and execute manufacturing documentation
  • Lead process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ)
  • Create and revise manufacturing-related risk documents
  • Provide daily production support and troubleshooting
  • Identify root causes of operational failures
  • Generate and present production metrics
  • Implement continuous process improvements

Requirements For Staff/Senior Manufacturing Engineer

  • Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in medical device industry
  • Experience working with CM, especially OUS CM
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
  • Understanding of statistical methods
  • SolidWorks or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with standard business software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
