Founding Engineer

Noto is an exciting startup building an AI-native operating system for after school businesses, fresh off a $3.8M seed round backed by Base10 and South Park Commons. As a Founding Engineer, you'll join a team led by technical founders with experience from companies like Quora, Lyft, and Meta.

The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of educational business software, working with modern technologies including React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AI/LLM implementations. You'll be part of a high-camaraderie, low-ego environment that values quick iteration and customer focus.

The position is hybrid-based in New York City (near Union Square), with 4 days in office and 1 day WFH, plus quarterly work-from-anywhere weeks. Compensation includes $140K-$170K salary, 0.5%-1.25% equity, and comprehensive benefits fully covered by the company.
