Senior Circuit Characterization Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Circuit Characterization Engineer to join their Silicon Solutions Engineering Team. The role involves productizing NVIDIA's chips for various applications including consumer, professional, server, mobile, and automotive solutions. Key responsibilities include silicon bringup, post-silicon characterization, optimizing performance, power, yield, and quality, and defining the world's fastest products. The ideal candidate will build methodologies to characterize circuits, design tools to improve execution efficiency, find creative solutions to complex problems, work closely with other engineering teams, drive design improvements, and lead and mentor junior engineers. Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in EE/CE or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation
• Excellent problem-solving, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of chip and board level dI/dt analysis/mitigation techniques
• Hands-on experience with silicon bringup, frequency and power characterization
• Deep understanding of product binning methods and optimization techniques
• Exposure to critical path analysis, power analysis, and process technologies
• Familiarity with Python, C/C++, tool and script development
• Background with power supply and substrate noise analysis
