Senior Enterprise Solution Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Solution Engineer to join their NVIDIA Enterprise Experience (NVEX) team. This dual-role position requires a highly technical individual who can triage customer software issues and develop key enhancements for DGX Cloud, NVAIE, and other Enterprise-related system software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform and systems engineering, with a deep understanding of Linux internals and server technologies. They will be responsible for driving customer issues related to NVIDIA AI Enterprise software and hardware deployments, developing features and tools for Enterprise Service offerings, and improving the overall experience of working with NVIDIA Deep Learning Framework containers on NVIDIA GPUs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and resolving customer issues from inception to resolution
• Developing features and tools for Enterprise Service offerings
• Improving availability, reliability, and user experience of NVIDIA products
• Researching new use cases for GPUs in emerging container technologies and Deep Learning frameworks
• Providing independent analysis and problem-solving for customer experiences

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of system software development and troubleshooting experience
• Strong computer science concepts and excellent knowledge of Python and scripting
• Deep understanding of data centers, servers, distributed systems, virtualization, deep learning frameworks, containers, and hybrid cloud technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
