Insulation Engineer

We are seeking experienced Insulation Engineers (Cavity and Loft) to join our team at Octopus Energy ECO. This role involves providing customer-focused cavity wall and/or loft installation services across Durham, Newcastle, Darlington, York, or Teeside. You'll be based out of our Newton Aycliffe warehouse, managing van stock and collecting materials daily.

As an Insulation Engineer, you'll:

• Install planned work with minimal disruption
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the installation process
• Follow best practices for safe, high-standard installations
• Perform health and safety checks
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Adhere to and improve H&S, quality, and standards

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a lead installer in cavity wall insulation (PBS) and/or Loft Insulation
• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and flexibility
• Full Clean Driving Licence
