As our Founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our platform's adoption. You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for our growing customer base, which includes notable companies like Netflix, Ramp, and Applied Intuition. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through self-hosted deployments across various cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment methods (Docker Compose, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, Helm).

Key responsibilities include debugging deployment issues, improving documentation, contributing features to streamline setup processes, and being the voice of the customer to help shape product direction. Success in this role requires strong expertise in Docker/Kubernetes and cloud technologies, previous experience in similar roles (Deployed Engineer, Customer Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or DevOps), and excellent communication skills.
