They will drive the development of tools and systems to accelerate engineering velocity, reduce manual effort, and increase output quality. The role includes using the latest AI tools to optimize team productivity, collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, and bringing new features and research capabilities to the world. Key responsibilities include guiding product engineering teams on best practices, creating an inclusive culture, and participating in an on-call rotation for system reliability. The position is based in San Francisco HQ, with relocation assistance available.
