AI-Generative AI Senior Technical Specialist

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist in AI and Generative AI to join their expanding team in Asia Pacific. This role combines deep technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) with customer-facing responsibilities. The position involves working with cutting-edge AI companies and enterprises to implement generative AI solutions on OCI's platform, which has secured over $14 billion in contracts from leading AI companies including Mosaic ML, Adept AI, and Cohere.

The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and thought leader, helping customers design and implement generative AI solutions. Working within the Customer Strategy and Specialist AI JAPAC Team, you'll collaborate closely with OCI Cloud sales and engineering teams to drive the adoption of OCI Generative AI Services. Key responsibilities include developing reference architectures, conducting deep-dive sessions, and creating technical assets to facilitate customer success.

This role requires extensive experience in software engineering and cloud platforms, combined with specialized knowledge in AI/ML technologies, particularly in LLM architectures and RAG techniques.
