Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our SaaS & Apps delivery team as a SaaS & Apps AI Enablement data scientist. The role involves using data-driven insights to enhance products and services, defining and operationalizing AI quality, and measuring the business value that AI delivers to customers. This collaborative role requires working with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and other stakeholders to enhance cloud solutions and drive customer value.
