Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our SaaS & Apps delivery team as a SaaS & Apps AI Enablement data scientist. The role involves using data-driven insights to enhance products and services, defining and operationalizing AI quality, and measuring the business value that AI delivers to customers. This collaborative role requires working with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and other stakeholders to enhance cloud solutions and drive customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI solutions
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and insights
- Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on AI integration
- Create data visualizations and dashboards
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing
- Stay current with industry trends in data science and machine learning
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders
- Translate business questions into actionable research
- Develop software using Agile methodologies
Required Skills:
- Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in data science
- Knowledge of NLP techniques
- Extensive experience with Python and statistical packages
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with large-scale data analysis and insights extraction
- Track record of leading interdisciplinary research and engineering projects
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and software development, with a passion for using data to solve real-world problems. They should be entrepreneurial, have excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities For Principal AI Enablement Data Scientist
- Develop and deploy AI solutions, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and evaluation
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define data-driven product strategies and identify opportunities for AI integration
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve product performance
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning
- Communicate with stakeholders to share progress, results, and recommendations related to AI initiatives
- Translate business questions into actionable research
- Develop software using Agile methodologies and participate as a member of scrum development teams
Requirements For Principal AI Enablement Data Scientist
- Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in a data science role
- Working knowledge of NLP such as entity recognition, embedding models, semantic models, etc.
- Extensive experience coding and building solutions using Python
- Extensive experience with statistical packages such as scikit-learn, spaCy, NumPy, etc.
- Experience exploring large amounts of information, extracting insights, and achieving real-world results
- Demonstrated track record of starting and leading interdisciplinary research and engineering projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain sophisticated topics in straightforward terms
