Responsibilities For Senior & Principal Technical Project Manager
- Lead Development and Implementation of Oracle Health Hosting products
- Plan and Monitor Projects, including schedules and budgets
- Provide Technical Direction to systems analysis and program staff
- Drive Innovation in new products, services, and processes
- Ensure Operational Excellence through roadmap management
- Communicate Effectively with senior leadership
- Develop and manage roadmaps for cross-functional teams
- Drive on-time, on-scope delivery of features
- Maintain high standards for Oracle customer experience
- Recommend process improvements
- Ensure resource requirements are in place
- Provide ongoing release status updates
- Represent the division up to the VP level
- Identify and resolve division-wide issues
- Build strong relationships across teams
Requirements For Senior & Principal Technical Project Manager
- 8+ years of related experience in technical project management, product design, or related fields
- Expertise in Software and Hardware Development
- Experience managing cloud development projects and enterprise cloud solutions (OCI, Azure, AWS)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of SDLC and modern application development with cloud services
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and superior written communication skills
- Leadership skills including judgement, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, and analytical skills
