Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to join their team building next-generation IaaS cloud services. This role combines system administration, incident command, customer support, and NOC engineering disciplines. As part of the Engineering organization, you'll act as the voice of the customer, influencing product features to improve customer experience. The position involves troubleshooting customer requests, managing incidents, and gatekeeping changes for dedicated regions. Working in a 24/7 shift rotation environment, you'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Service & Development, Incident Management, Operations, and Account Management teams. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience, strong cloud platform knowledge, and excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
