Senior Principal Health Data Soultions Engineer

The Senior Principal Solution Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of pioneering enterprise analytics solutions using Oracle Health Analytics Intelligence and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)'s advanced data (AI & ML) and analytics technologies. This role involves empowering healthcare customers to modernize their data and analytics capabilities, delivering impactful solutions, and driving knowledge transfer through training and collateral development.

As a solution architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable analytics architectures leveraging Oracle Health Data Intelligence products and OCI services. You'll collaborate closely with customers to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions for healthcare use cases such as cost accounting, population health, and revenue analytics. The role requires expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, AI/ML solutions, and enterprise reporting tools.

Key responsibilities include developing training sessions, creating technical documentation, leading implementation of data pipelines, and ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards. You'll partner with product management, engineering, and sales teams while staying current with healthcare analytics trends.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of experience, strong technical expertise in OCI or similar platforms, and excellent communication skills.
