Oracle is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager for their Cloud division to drive customer acquisition and cloud services consumption growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technology background and passion for helping customers transition to the Cloud. This role combines technical expertise with sales leadership, focusing on Oracle's Cloud portfolio including IaaS, PaaS, and Analytics solutions.

Responsibilities For Sr. Sales Manager, NACI OCI Commercial Volume

  • Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction
  • Develops and implements comprehensive strategy for Oracle's opportunities
  • Manages and develops a team of sales representatives
  • Sells and promotes Oracle products to customers
  • Participates in strategic and tactical planning
  • Builds effective working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers
  • Develops and executes territory plan to maximize revenue
  • Assists in development of short, medium, and long term plans

Requirements For Sr. Sales Manager, NACI OCI Commercial Volume

  • 2-5 years Technology / Cloud Sales Management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience selling Public Cloud Infrastructure
  • 5-7+ years of direct sales experience with large quotas
  • 1-3 years leading and Managing Sales Team
  • Expert understanding of cloud adoption patterns
  • English language proficiency
