Cybersecurity Engineer

Parspec, a pioneering company founded in 2021, is revolutionizing the $5 trillion building construction products industry through digital transformation. Having raised over $11M in seed financing from prominent investors including Innovation Endeavors, we're seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our mission.

As an early member of our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing core cyber-security components while maintaining our culture of excellence. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a globally distributed team in a hybrid setting based in Bangalore.

The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from implementing security measures and policies to leading incident response and compliance efforts. You'll be working with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), conducting security assessments, and establishing secure DevOps practices.

We're looking for someone with 4-5 years of cybersecurity experience, strong technical skills, and relevant certifications. The ideal candidate should have experience with cloud security, web application security, and modern security frameworks. You'll be joining a team led by experienced technologists and construction supply chain veterans, including founders from Stanford and industry leaders.
