Paytm Payments Services Limited is seeking a Cloud & Data Security Engineer to join their Information Security team. This role focuses on shaping the company's information security strategy, infrastructure, and capabilities. The ideal candidate will work on research, development, and maintenance of risk and incident detection rules to safeguard customers from threats and misconfigurations in the cloud. Key responsibilities include managing Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection Solutions (CWPP), conducting security audits, implementing security configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires expertise in cloud security, data protection, and system hardening. Qualifications include BE/IT Engineering/MCA/M Tech, with certifications like CEH, ISO27001, and preferably CISSP/CISM/CISA and AWS Cloud certifications. Experience in SOC management (5-10 years) is required. Responsibilities For Cloud & Data Security Engineer - Senior Security Engineer
- Manage Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection Solutions (CWPP)
- Investigate cloud attack techniques and identify detection methods
- Develop and maintain system hardening guidelines and baselines
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Implement and manage security configurations and patches
- Monitor and analyze data to discover security risks and threats
- Create and maintain technical service roadmaps for data and cloud security
- Design and develop detection checks for cloud security compliance
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments on servers, systems, and platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security measures
Requirements For Cloud & Data Security Engineer - Senior Security Engineer
- BE/IT Engineering/MCA/M Tech degree
- CEH Certification
- ISO27001 Certification
- 5-10 years experience in SOC management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Excellent understanding of cyber security concepts
- Experience in secrets management and/or certificate lifecycle management
- Experience with Windows, Apple Mac, and Linux/Unix administration
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence
- Experience with automating solutions using languages like Terraform, Python, PowerShell
