Description For Sr.Associate, Network Automations, Software Engineer

Pfizer is seeking a Sr. Associate Network Automations Software Engineer to join their digital transformation journey. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and network operations, focusing on developing scalable automation solutions for Pfizer's global network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in software engineering or network automation, with strong expertise in Python and infrastructure as code. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation services that support Pfizer's global network infrastructure, working with modern tools and practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and network monitoring solutions.

Requirements For Sr.Associate, Network Automations, Software Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or STEM related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or network automation role
  • Strong knowledge in Python and at least one other programming language
  • Experience with network automation tools and libraries
  • Strong Scripting skills (BASH, Powershell, Go, Ruby etc.)
  • Proficiency in version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Experience in programmatically analyzing network incidents
  • Experience with Network Performance Monitoring tools
