Software Engineer [Product]

Phare Health is on a mission to revolutionize healthcare reimbursement through AI technology, making it fair and transparent for healthcare providers. As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll join a tight-knit, mission-driven team backed by leading investors like General Catalyst. You'll own end-to-end features that translate their AI engine into user experiences, working across the full stack with a focus on backend systems.

The role involves building robust data infrastructure using PostgreSQL and Prisma, developing dependable Node.js/TypeScript APIs, creating accessible React frontends, and implementing AI features with clear explanations and monitoring. Security and compliance are key priorities, requiring implementation of HIPAA and SOC2 requirements while maintaining efficient CI/CD workflows.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React, along with strong PostgreSQL expertise. You'll need a product-minded approach, caring deeply about performance, usability, and accessibility.
