iOS Software Engineer, Core and Monetization

Pinterest is seeking inquisitive, well-rounded iOS engineers to join their Product engineering teams. As an iOS Software Engineer in the Core and Monetization team, you'll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to enable the newest technologies and experiences. You'll build robust frameworks & features, empower developers and Pinners, and have the opportunity to create and drive new initiatives from inception through technical design, implementation, and release.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building Pinner-facing frontend features in iOS
• Contributing to and leading each step of the product development process
• Partnering with design, product, and backend teams
• Suggesting new product ideas and features
• Employing automated testing for high-quality development
• Growing as an engineer by working on varied and high-impact projects

The ideal candidate should have:

• Deep understanding of iOS development and best practices in Objective C and/or Swift
• 3+ years of industry iOS application development experience
• Experience in writing reliable and maintainable code
• Ability to keep up-to-date with new technologies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
